Low level wizard pbaoe

Hi, I'm leveling a wizard and finally got an upgrade to my lvl 14 pbaoe. However, it doesn't quite look like an upgrade!

Level 9 Fingers of Fire:
36 to 60 damage (doing 60 at level 24 with no improved damage)
no stun
1'5 casting time
50 mana

Level 14 Project Lightning:
88 to 100 damage (doing 95 at level 24 with no improved damage)
1'5 secs stun
2'0 secs casting time (down to 1'7 with spell haste 2)
85 mana

Level 24 Cast Force:
66 to 101 damage (doing 90 at level 24 with no improved damage)
no stun
3'2 secs casting time (down to 2'7 with spell haste 2)
123 mana

Level 30 Thunderclap:
120 to 232 damage
1 sec stun
3'15 casting time
175 mana

The level 9 single target nuke does 50-120 damage for 40 mana.
The level 15 single target nuke does 125-200 damage for 75 mana.
The level 24 single target nuke does 255-450 (currently 375) for 150 mana.
The level 26 single target nuke does 300-500 damage for 175 mana.
The level 34 single target nuke does 160-650 damage for 200 mana.

The level 14 pbaoe never felt overpowered. I've been using it with more than one pull as I think it's intended. I've also been using the level 9 pbaoe during recast since it's better dpm than single target nukes.

So what about updating Cast Force to somewhere areound 100 minimum damage and 200 maximum damage?

Ok I prepared following changes for few PBAOE spells, and sent the updates to Tyler

Level 24 Cast Force:
125 mana
Dmg 120 to 150
1.5 sec Stun

Thunderclap - moved to lev 36 (from 30), to address a HUGE gap with when the next time you get an PBAOE spell
175 mana
Dmg 181-235
1.5 sec Stun

Level 45 Supernova (this is the BIG BOOM spell)
875 mana
Dmg 850 to 900


Level 53 Jyll's Static Pulse (this is the low but ultra good mana ratio spell)
mana 285
Dmg 495
Stun 2.5 sec

I will keep tuning up wizard spells as I level up my own wizard to see how the gameplay feels like, so more update are possible later, as he level ups

I added few more correction to level spread of DDs in 22-34 range, moving then around a bit, cause there were 4 Dds piled up in 22-28 range and then none until 34, so I spaced then around a bit, so gap is only 3 levels apart.

Also, added a couple dmg points to level 22 Garrison Mana Shock, as it it wasn't wort the juice, and a little bit to Inferno and Frost Shock.

Hopefully Tyler put these updates into tomorrow's spell file
