ManaFlare issues

I have been testing manaflare II on my druid since the last big patch.


I used manaflare to melee and do some dps on my druid , laught if you want but druid was doing more dps with melee proc then casting dot/dd

Something has changed , manaflare isn't affected by proccs anymore , either by rains spell type.

Only work with DD spell on my char ,

Maybe someone could test manflare I and III , since I can't test them I only got the II version from pofear belt

You want too much Firenze, always too much. It's just never enough Druids already do more dps than dps classes!

and I'am just reporting spell error here , no complaints

to clarify it procs on the 1st wave, the initial cast, but not on each following wave like it used to.
