Bard - Selo's Song of Travel not working

Selo's Song of Travel lvl 51 Bard song/spell http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools/spells.php?id=1750 is not working on my bard Tolkayn.
I asked in OOC if any other bards were having this issue but it seems it is just me. I tried it in several zones including Shadowed Grove, my bard sings it, but gets no invisibility, levitate or speed increase from it and the icon does not appear in either my buff or song windows.
I'm using SoD (Steam) client and have all current spell files etc.

The speed songs kinda work for me.
I start to sing it, it lands and I zoom off. 1 tick later I slow down as if I was snared.
If I click off the song I get 1 tick of zoom speed and then I go back to my normal run speed with no song up.

Basically not worth it to play the song atm for me as I'm just to lazy to old school twist my songs.

I'm not having any issues with the other Selo's songs, they seem to be working as intended, it's just Selo's Song of Travel that is broken for me.

Update: I played in Plane of Valor this morning and decided to try Selo's Song of Travel and it is now working properly as intended.

Ok I figured out what caused my problem with this spell in the first place, Selo's Song of Travel is blocked by Selo's Accelerating Chorus, you must click off Selo's Accelerating Chorus in order for Selo's Song of Travel to land on you. I hope I haven't wasted anyone's time with this issue, but it definitely is working as intended.
