Stacking question

the bard song from ldon Song of the orcslayer and the tier 7 raid aura Aura of the Withdoctor do not stack with each other. Is this intentional?

On a note of stacking issues regarding Raid Auras:

The donor click Form of Defense IX does not stack with Aura of the Deathbringer or Aura of the Stronghold....Not sure if this is intentional or not, but kind of makes the donor ac worthless :/

The Witchdoctor Aura and Orcslayer stack fine. Make sure you weren't over the limit on songs in your song buff window.
