Art of the Feran and Hand of the Master Stacking Issues

So I am working on my WoS pet quest and have been notified by a guildie that the buff from the Feran pet does not stack with the monk disc Hand of the Master. I have my essence and am ready to do the final part for my pet, but I want to know if this was intended to be this way or if it's a bug that hasn't been brought to light yet. Because if it won't stack with Hand of the Master which I run all the time, then I might as well start over *shudders* and get a different pet. Hope to hear soon, thank you! =)

Must be a Slot stacking issue lets see if Vaion has a quick resolution for this considering Chimera Spirit would have the Effect stacking issue not Feran Spirit.

Hands of the Master Rk. I, II, III
4 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Double Attack by 8%
4 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Double Attack by 10%
4 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Double Attack by 12%

Feran Spirit
1 : Effect type : Summon Pet: Feran_1
2 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Riposte by 7%
3 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Parry by 7%
4 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Dodge by 7%

Chimera Spirit
1 : Effect type : Summon Pet: Chimera_1
2 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Dual Wield by 7%
3 : Effect type : Increase Attack Chance by 7%
4 : Effect type : Increase Chance to Double Attack by 7%

Really in this scenario the outcome can be use of one or the other that will be determined by Vaion if he wants to make the change for both to stack.

Can still use the Pet without the buff so this is a T5 buff vs T8 buff decision.
