Cry of Warning IV - Error

I have Titanium client. The description says that it protects group against fear. Latest spell file and description file are installed.

Fixed in next spellfile.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

Item Change -> Reload needed
