Enc spell Godly Rune drop rate problem?

Hi just got an enchanter to lvl 70 and was buying my rk.1 spells in bazaar. Some have 20 of each spell but there's no Godly Rune rk.1. Is it extremely rare, drop rate problem, or something else?

Rk1 spells are store bought. The drop rate chance is the same for all rk2/rk3 spells.

Ok thank you, can you tell me what drops it because the other rk1 spells say who drop it but godly rune is blank.

If it's blank in clone, it's probably a vendor bought rk1 spell for 1k godly points.

Does a character have to get access to HoH to have those spells or can they be traded?
