o Fixed an issue with endless zone looping for zones that are locked for development.
o Fixed an issue that prevented some zones from loading their map files properly
o Fixed an issue where some spells did not require LoS when being casted by NPCs.
NPC
o Scribe Gurthix (T8 Halls of Honor) fix. He now properly auto-scribes missing spells/disciplines, accepts 1-4 quest turn-ins at once, and informs players about how many new spells/discs remain.
o Viser Del`Mun (T8 Halls of Honor) has received new wares! They're blue and red.
Spells:
o LoS is now required for all NPC spells.
