MQ2 issue

Ok so i have an issue where my MQ2 stops working, well, loading really.

If i start my EQ w/o MQ2 running and start MQ2 with EQ up it wont load in game. This wouldnt be a huge problem except once i do this once, even if i run MQ2 first like i should, MQ2 wont load in my EQ.

Any ideas ? the only fix i've found is deleting MQ2 and redownloading. This is annoying for obvious reasons. Oh im using the EQemu MQ2 version on UF client

Thanks in advance

are you running mq2 as admin? (right click icon run as admin).
It has to be ran as admin each time, same with EQBCS. I think WinEQ2 does as well, not sure on that. The EQ client does not.

need to run mq2 and eqbcs before you start EQ as well.

yes i run them as admin. and yes i know i need to start them first. What happened was i loaded all my toons, realized i forgot to load MQ2 so i /exit'ed on all of em and started up MQ2 / EQBC. Well i must have done that too soon b/c now MQ2 wont work. Its almost like some how MQ2 gets turned off because i load it with an EQ client running and i cant get it to turn back on. Im assuming this was a safety feature w/ live because of detecting its use.

I dont know, im just going to delete and redownload. That seems to be the only thing that will fix it

Thanks guys =)

Seems like i broke it. I dont know how but now i cant get MQ2 to work. Admin redownoading, nothing. EQ and MQ2 run fine and it doesnt yell at me and tell me I'm running the wrong version. It just does not load into my EQ

Ok, tried something and this seems weird. I downloaded the Titanium version of MQ2 from EQemu. I tried loading it just to see if i would get the error message about running the wrong version of EQ but i didnt (Im running UF). I also tried this with all the other versions of MQ2 on the site and all the same thing. They wont load into EQ and they dont give me the error about the wrong client either. Im not sure what this means but it seems like it means something.
