WinEQ not working with UF client

I just upgraded my Titanium client to Underfoot client. and I loaded up my boxes and noticed that all the boxes other than the one i'm currently in drops down to 1 FPS. With my titanium they would all run smooth as intended. Even running one game client and click over to my web browser it drops the client to 1 FPS.

I tried reinstalling WinEQ but doesn't seem to work. Whats the compatibility issue? Why did it work fine with Titanium but doesn't work right with UF?

EDIT:
I closed WinEQ and kept MQ2 open = still drop FPS
Closed WinEQ and MQ2 = no fps loss
Closed MQ2 and kept WinEQ open = no fps loss

so it's MQ2 thats causing the FPS loss.. any idea why? I upgraded the MQ2 file to the UF file (MQemulator.net)

apparently UF client has a built in fps rendering tool. and it was conflicting with MQ2FPS. so "/render bg 1" fixed the issue.

sheesh this client conversion has been a nightmare.

Yeah, also, as far as I can remember, you need to add wineq=1 to your mq2moveutils.txt so that it knows you're using mq2 and to adjust for it, if you're not already. I believe that's where you add it, my memory is a little hazy though. It's wherever the configuration file is for mq2moveutils. If you have that working perfectly already though disregard !
