Are you using the version from mqemulator current for your client? sounds like there's a problem with sticklogic, could you by chance post your mq moveutils ini file in text form? Just need to see if there's a problem there.
Also try running MQ2 as admin before you start your EQ clients (later clients, SoF+, can sometimes mess with MQ2 if it's not loaded first) and do a /plugin list when you're in game. Should load somewhere between 9-12 plugins.

EDIT: Are you getting an error in your MQ window on your other clients?

EDIT2: Just a random thought, set your background FPS to minimum, and test it, then set it to 30, test, then max and test. See if that changes anything. If you're using UF client, the background FPS options are totally fubar.

P.S. I'll be out of town for a few days starting 11/9, I'll get back too you as soon as possible.

might try unloading MQ2fps plugin and see if that helps any (or load it if it is not already loaded).

Also disable MQ2clip plugin (if you have it with your complie, check /plugin list as moonrazor suggests to see what plugins are loaded.) It has been known to causes issues with /stick

Just to be clear, for the select few having problems:
"/stick" is working
"/stick !front" is not

What about "/stick -behind"?
