MQ2 connection error

Alright. I've been at this for a few days now.. I am using Underfoot client and id like to box a couple of toons.
So I downloaded MQ2 using mqemulator. downloaded UF - classic and got it to run. (some reason it was a pain, had to find a couple of windows NET programs and what not. but its running and loading.) Although i am unable to use MQ2 when I'm in game. I get the error when using the "/bccmd connect 127.0.0.1" command it holds for a second then spits back "could not connect". After many hours of searching and searching I have not been able to really find out what the problem is. EQBCServer says its "waiting for connections for port 2112". I have tried port forwarding this in my router. I have tried using a different computer to host EQBCServer and connecting to that..(huge pita). I have allowed this program to run on my firewalls and everything I could think of that would stop it from connecting.. I am out of ideas and need some help. Any information to help my problem would be great
Thank you.
p.s Wasn't able to get MQ2 working on EZ Server either with the same message using RoF2 client and the RoF2 - classic MQ2.
p.p.s lost the RoF2 client through a rollback on my machine.

IN your MQ2 Folder look for MQ2Eqbc.ini on the server put your computers IP address int here instead of 127.0.0.1

also besure your loading mq2eqbcserver.exe and macroquest.exe as well

you have probably solved this, but you must use your routers IP address found in network settings.

R clk network, then to properties, then to details and use the IPv4 numbers.
