Isoboxer window freeze

Every once in a while one of my windows on isoboxer will freeze up, example the toon will still be able to move, see other toons move, but monsters stand still and i cant use any commands/hot keys. i can sit, camp and relog in. which is the only way so far i have found to fix it.. any ideas? i am running MQ2 at the same time, if that has any thing to do with it.

sounds like a desync. try setting some(or a lot) of your filters to Hide.

I agree, it's without a doubt a dsync issue, Try running MQ first and start a client. Let it run for a bit close the client and run isoboxer then EQ. sometimes when there's another program, MQ doesn't inject itself into ram as cleanly as it could. Pretty rare problem though and if you're running the most updated isoboxer, I doubt that's really the problem. Just something to try.

I played the other day for a bit, left the game for a few hours came back and it was still working fine. I did register isoboxer i was running of the free trial. that might have be part of it, also made sure i was uptodate on THF files.

Thanks for the suggestions, i'll try them if i have this issue again.

Every once in a while I have the same issue. Can't attack anything, can't do anything, etc. Sometimes I see the mouse cursor gone from screen, I usually start hitting keys, especially escape, check is I am ducked, etc - to determine what the problem is. Sometimes the cleric not casting is just that she is out of mana, other times the spell is not memorized, or the nine bug.

It all gets a bit tricky, especially when one of the tunes goes LD and I have Enji in camp. I just hope it is not my tank that is LD - hehe. I change some setting in ISBoxer CPU management then everything is working fine, until the next reboot.

I am sure having Titanium client does not help. :D

I don't think I could run client without running ISBoxer, it happens automatically, as soon as I hit the Group profile shortcut it contacts ISBoxer, if connection between ISBoxer and my PC can't be established, EQ will not be launched. Is there another way of doing this?

No there isn't, but that's a feature that shouldn't be changed anyway. I'm not sure how to fix this or even if there is anything wrong with anything the eq clients. I'm by no means an expert on isoboxer.

Wish I could help more. :(

The more I am looking at MQ2, the more I am coming to the conclusion that I need to setup my keys for channels and assist with MQ2 commands - because I am using a combination of EQ, Isboxer and MQ.

I would like to have redundancy, because for some reason when I reboot it takes a while to bring up MQ2. Once it is in, it is in.

I seem to be using EQ /assist and I need to switch to //target id ${Target.ID} that may make my life a bit easier? I can still use Isboxer to activate that button on the hotbar, it is just a matter of having the time to do it.

If you like using /assist like I do, you can use moveto ${Target.ID} in conjunction with target id ${Target.ID}. I hardly ever have problems with using this style of macro, best part is since it's all mq commands minus the assist, you can run it in multiline format. So you can have up to, but not limited at, 5 toons running to assist.

You can also use mq2 to hit hotbar buttons. The command for that is /keypress.

Not sure if this is what you were asking, but there's the information.
