Isboxer not launching EQ

My isboxer is no longer launching THF at all. my regular shortcut seems to work fine.

I recently installed a new graphics card. thats the only thing i can think of that is related.

here is the crash error I am receiving.

after a fresh install of eq and isboxer+innerspace im still having the same issue.

tried deleting my eqclient.ini file and nothing.

really frustrating.

any ideas?
