Nah Sullon wasn't the best. jsut to mention they didn't win most of the BoTb. The lack of rules and the constant trainning on sullon was boring. on VZ / TZ you had rules and honor. and if you didn't respected them you got destroyed by others. we had our own police :p
Rallos was the same way. High end had rules and if your guild went against it the guild destroyed from being able to raid. Course after PoP came out you couldn't "really" destroy a guild since there were safe zones.
You can't really top the only server to kill the Sleeper : )
