I voted "No" because I think it would be a mistake for the developers to assume all their players boxed. They might then balance the difficulty of any future content around that assumption. I've done raiding in various MMO's, and at the moment it does not appeal to me. Being able to solo with a bot has been some of the most fun I've had on any MMO in a LONG time.

That said, at the moment, the custom content at level 70 that can be completed solo is very limited for a fresh 70. Personally, I'm hoping that ChaosSlayer's Alternate Progression will include a more solo + bot-friendly level 70 zone at the end. (I definitely enjoyed The Warrens, and I'm looking forward to Stonebrunt, btw)

This is also not a case of me being jealous. I have multiple computers that could each run several characters. I've tried it on other servers and hated it.

I voted yes for reasons i have already explained in the locked post in daily chat forum.

I would like to remind people that we never faced any issue with boxers since THF opened, meaning that it has never been an issue, guild progression cockblock or whatever...

If T2/3 content can be done by a single group of 6 players well geared, why would you not allow 1 player boxing 6 toons to do the same?

Scripted encounters with Gflux (in non leviate zones) along with adds that come from different directions (not just the boss) make boxing tough.

Striat is currently implementing instances for ToV, ST and PoAir. These will be done on a per guild basis.

I don't see a reason to further limit the Box limit to max 3 per IP if that is working, so wish Striat luck and send him nice tells in game!

Hi Tyler,

Huge news on limit box! I'll cheer Striat.

You will hate me and I do not want to upset you, espescially today!
So maybe we could open a new thread for Striat with question?

Examples, do not answer here...
On a guild basis that means that if a guildie go ToV and kill things on his own, others are screwed?
What about unguilded people?
people from 2 different guilds raiding Tov => Both guilds screwed?
Etc...

Make <3 not H8!

Jeido goes to Tov. Jeido has Evolution tag. He clears all mobs. 2h later, Loly <Evolution> zones in to own Tov. Tov is empty. Loly kills Jeido out of of frustration.

Jeido goes to Tov. Jeido has Evolution tag. He clears all mobs. 2h later Shade <Progeny> zones into Tov. Tov is at full spawn.

We are still debating what to do with unguilded people that want to raid. Honestly, since you need Emp flag, are unguilded people soloing etc in TOV? Is that even an issue?

It would become that way if people just no longer wore guild tags so that they could easily have full ToV spawns on every character. I imagine that quite a few people would drop guilds just to be able to have that sort of ability. It's a tough call on what to do for un guilded. Perhaps leave the zone open to ALL un guilded (Just like it is now)?

The unguilded people are technically a unique guild. So while its technically possible to unguild and open a new tov instance, every other unguilded person will see the same (empty) instance.

Yeah Tyler, correct.

At least it will be easier to deal with guildies than creating new dramas with other guild.

And i understand the unguild thing which is good.

Have a "nice evening" :)

don't do per guild then. do it like this (if possible):

-a zone can spawn a max of say 4 instances a day (#1,2,3,4)
-each char who request entrance gets a flag and assigned the instance id.
This is the only instance he zone into during this instance period (1 day, or whatever the zone respawn time)

Once this char gets his flag, he not get access to other instances of the zone.

This however creates an issue where a guild large enough can split their members into 2 groups and send each of them into 2 separate instances in order to try to claim twice as much loot. This however can be dealt with some Rules, such as if a majority of the guild has already used the instance in the morning, then few left over member can group with some other people to go to another instance, but guild cannot on PURPOSE divide itself into sub groups to claim more than 1 instance per day.
