I know this is quite a bump, but I have run into this issue as well.
Booted the game up on UF client so I could block Chloro and such... Now the issue is the bot continues to try to cast the spell on me during downtime for it, and will not med. She will OOM herself trying to cast the blocked spell, get enough mana and try to cast it again ad nauseam.
Is there any way to remove this spell line from Shaman bots or block them actually casting the spell? Or is that just asking too much?
