7th charm quest

I was able to start the event in Riwwi, and have never done the badge quest on any character, that quest has nothing to do with charm 7

Of course I wasn't invisd, that is insulting. I don't know what caused it or fixed it, all I know is that with previous problems with every release, it is/was not unexpected to find something broken.

I think it's just you Brooce P. My group tested it just fine for Mikuz!
