Can you increase the healing on Dark Drain II Recourse?

As the topic said, is it possible to increase the healing portion from Dark Drain II?

I would like to know if it's possible to increase it on your party members too.

Why would it need to be increased? It is already a 1500 a tick heal.

If you are asking if it can be increased by the player, then yes, if you have focus effects that increase healing.

As a bard I increase what that dot does and when use 2.0 I have seen sk's get up to like 7-9k a tick from the drain with focus/AA and bard song/2.0 (and if IIRC druid 2.0 as well) so yes you can make it drain for more by upgrading these things and/or having bard in group.

Seems like I made a poorly formatted question to you all hehe.

My question is whether or not it's possible to increase the healing portion that Dark Drain 2 Recourse gives, since it's not related to the damage tick of Dark Drain 2.

Dark Drain II deals 1500 damage unfocused/AA'd/song'd etc etc.

Dark Drain II Recourse is the "buff" that lands on everyone in the group. Which is a separate buff that will continue to heal you even if the mob you casted it on died from the first tick.

Is that focus effect supposed to be on my SK who has the donor or on the individual player that the recourse buff lands on?
