Gold Explorer Badge disappeared

I recently spent the time doing the Gold Explorer Badge in Tipt. Only had the item for 1 day or so and used the effect on it, Telosian Guard only to have the item disappear after use. The Silver explorers badge had the same effect and didn't vanish so i would assume it is not an expendable item.
Have sent a PM to lillu but i understand you must be too busy atm as i have not heard anything back in reply as yet.
Also i have bitten the bullet and attempted to do the quest again, working my way to silver explorer badge again only to find that tipt seems non accessable to me now since i had already did the flag in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.... or if i could just get my Gold Badge back would be nice.

Hello Rocki, I put the Gold Explorer' Badge to your bank. Please make sure not to click it until tomorrow's reboot. The item was buggy and will be fixed with the next reboot.

Sorry didn't mention it sooner but after the patch to fix the Gold Explorers Badge clickie, my badge now says "Item is out of charges". Just thought i'd let ya know that it doesn't seem to be working properly still but at least it doesn't go poof when i click it.

Interesting. I just summoned one in-game and it works perfectly fine. What client do you use?
