CotH in Sleeper's Tomb

Was using Coth all the time yesterday in and out of tomb area. This morning it stopped working...camped out came back in etc. How's this supposed to work? with or without CotH?

Been fiddling with this for an hour or so now. It appears that my cleric and my sk are in different instances of sleepers tomb, which is strange as they are both in same guild. When I use the /who command they both are the only ones in the zone although they are both in Sleepers Tomb. Tried camping and zoning on the SK who is at entrance and just camping and relogging the cleric down in the tomb. Nothing has worked thus far. Passing strange....

Finally gated the cleric out and then re-entered from Shadowed grove and got into same instance. There was a server reboot in there...interesting that the bug happened. Now less interesting is the crawl back on down there. Oh well.

Any chance did one or both of your characters die prior to this occurring?

And if so, where are you bound?
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...

Actually not, went back to Shadowed Grove on the SK to get rebuffed by Sune. Had something come up at home and camped both out for a couple of hours. Got back on and the two characters were in different instances. Both characters are bound in Shadowed Grove.

This used to happen to me a lot when I'd clear through VP. An example was:

My whole group would wipe except for me who managed to FD during a boss fight.

When everyone zoned back they were in different instance and all of the trash had to be cleared again, no amount of group swapping or rezoning seemed to fix it. My char would stay in his separate instance until he gated out and came back through the ent as part of the group into that 2nd instance.

Peculiar.

Just had this happen to me, twice today. No server reboot. I think it has to do with camping a toon in the zone.

First time:
I cleared MoTG and Prog in the afternoon 3-4pm. I logged off and took a nap (i dont remember where my toons where camped). I logged back on around 10pm. I was doing some running around with DA, trying to avoid clearing trash and doing some toon swapping in the process. Initially Prog and MoTG were not up. Then something odd happened and my instances got split due to a death. Somehow my bard got into a different instance. Thinking nothing of it i zoned the whole group out and back in. No biggie except Prog and MoTG were back up. I thought it was odd but didnt think much else about it. I really wasnt paying attention to what was going on so I apologize for being vague

2nd time:
After clearing my 2nd spawn of prog and motg i cleared down to the warders. This time i camped a mage at TFA's spawn spot incase the warders wiped my group but mainly so i could get some sleeper attempts in without clearing down again. Anyway, I ended up wiping on one of the warders. Thinking Im golden with my handy dandy camped mage (mage number 1) i log her in and at first my other mage (mage number 2) and her are the only two out of sync (all in the same group and guild, i cothed her down there and camped her). Initially my bard and mage number 1 were in the same instance. Messing around with zoning and camping etc my bard got into the new instance as well, not what i was trying to do. Thinking i'd outsmart the server i tried rezzing the bard and mage2's corpse with a cleric bot from mage1. No dice. Mage1 just zoned and popped right back into ST at the zone in where he'd been standing. Rez effect exp and all. The bard just popped back to his spawn point. Lastly i should mention i've repopped the zone (again). Prog MoTG TFA and the one warder i killed are all back up in the new instance. They repopped after having been dead only a few hours.

The 2nd time i had an idea more of what was going on so i payed more attention, hence the details (this thread was rolling around in my head, i had read it before). Hopefully this helps get this fixed.

Oh and after the first repop i had zoned any and all characters out of the zone (even camped ones). Also, im the only one in my guild so i know this wasnt anyone else messing with the zone.

Thanks guys

Let me know when you are in game and I can fix the instance bug -- it will require everyone to be on (or as many people as possible) so we can reset those instances that are bugged for you.

And yes, it seems that it is related to people camping in an instance and after a certain time the guild might have more than one, where they cannot get to see each other.

Been happening a lot lately with Guild Hall, I'll log my characters in and they will be in 2 or 3 different guild halls. Also happens while in air the other night, we cleared a good portion of the zone, and the tank died. Zoned back in from guild hall into his own instance. We had to all leave, and zone back in. When we all zoned back in, it was a fresh spawned poa and had to start over. Really odd and happening a lot along those lines lately.
