HELP with spell effect please!

So I look at plenty of spell descriptions in game that say 'Unknown Effect"

Could someone help me fix it please???

I have completely uninstalled Everquest from my PC. Reinstalled EQ. Copied the THF spell file over form this forum and also ran the THF Installer.

The item graphics are good, spell effects are good, I can augment my gear and game runs great. Only problem I still have is the "Unknown Effect" or "DB Item not Found" issues when looking at spell detials in game.

Still having unknow effect 808, 814, 815 (Raid auras) whereas I have updated all my files via THF Updater and spell file as of 15th May

Any clue?

Hey Lola, long time no see

Try to download the .zip version of the installer and make sure you are copying over to the right path and actually overwriting your client files.

Also, grab the latest spell file and do the same just to be sure.

Unfortunetly, I DL'ed .zip and copy/paste all the folders/files but it did not fix my issue.
really weird.

I checked into Db & spell files and all the spells (mainly auras) which are having unknown effects are on the Db & spell files.
