Beastlord Spell Dark Malady

Hey Guys I was checking out the Beastlord Spell: Dark Malady on Alla Clone and it doesn't say where it drops or what drops it. Does anyone have info on where and how to get this spell for beastlords please?

Any update on this spell dropping in game yet, been trying to find it and our dots are pretty limited all under 70 stuff minus Festering Malady which is only -8 - 148 per tick at base.

We only have 1 spell "Ice Disruption" that can proc the enchanters Mana Inferno because they are all under 380 mana cost. My mana rarely takes a dent these days.
