Hotbar is missing, don't know how to fix it

I play using the Titanium client, and when I first started on the server, I had too many hotbars on my interface, and having not played for about a decade, I made the great decision to move my hotbar #2 off my screen so I wouldn't have to see it. I was not aware I could turn it off in the options menu, as there was no options menu when I last played EQ. However, now I would like to utilize that hotbar, but when I toggle it off / on, I still can't see it on my screen. Is there anyway to reset the hotbar to it's default location on my UI?

Ok I think I am right here. Go to where your eq folder is and open it up.

Scroll down and find the file that looks something like : UI_YourToonName_HiddenForest.ini.

Open it up and look for something that says [HotButtonWnd1]. There may be several of those depending on which window you are dealing with numbered 1 -4.

Under that you should see:
XPos=some number
YPos=some number

If I recall you can adjust the numbers in XPos and YPos to move it back on the screen. Just change numbers and save and log in to see if they are now visible. If not just change the numbers back. Just write down the original values or remember them. Hope I am correct
