How to Recover account if you've forgotten your username?

Hey guys I created an account several months ago and seem to have lost my account username, I'm wondering if I can recover it using email or something along those lines? I have no idea what it is I started an account for the first time and didn't get to play long before quitting. Is there some protocol im missing somewhere or how do I resolve this issue?
