There is an illusion I REALLY love and would like all my toons to have the same illusion but it is on an item that isn't a worn or clickable effect. Is there or could there be a way to transfer that effect to another item?. It is a high-tier item but there is an upgrade to it but I'd like to keep the same illusion. On the flip side is there a way or could there be a way to take an illusion off an item that you can't just "click off"?

The donor exchange fairy will remove illusions off worn illusion items if you don't want them. Just hand the item to her.

I have the earring of fear and would like all my toons to be little Cazic-Thulz. . There is however better earrings for my toons and I wish I could have that illusion on an upgraded item. Is there any way to move the illusion to another item? The earring doesn't say it is a "worn" effect it is just part of the item.
