Pristine Ornament help

Hi all, I need some help.

My understanding is in order to get pristine ornaments i need to do the quest from santa to deliver 10 gifts. 9 of the 10 presents were no issue but delivering the present to Drelzna seems to be impossible. I have the guard's keyring, the shiny metal key and the dull bone key.. but i cant open the door to rathyl in order to get the key to drelzna's room. I just keep getting the message this is locked and im not holding the key. even though it is supposed to be the shiny metal key

ive been in here for hours and its the last thing i need to get to the polar bear king so if anyone knows how to turn in the present to drelzna please lmk what i am doing wrong.

I had the same issue. Key didn't want to work for me. I hopped on my rogue and lockpicked it.

Found an older post that suggested they unlocked it for the event. Maybe it got reverted somehow.

Is the loot from polar bear king any good? Not sure if I'm willing to part with 4 semi decent augs to find out.

Are they augs? I dont remember inspecting them so I guess they could be. They are stackable though, so that'd be weird. You might be confusing them with the augs that drops in frostcrypt or the holiday world bosses though.

If they are, not a big deal though since you can repeat the quest every 24 hours.

Polar bear seems to drop attunable gear equivalent to the tier that you spawned. But the news message indicates it can drop some unique rare items. I haven't seen any.

Each difficulty has its own unique loot and challenges. On top of the loot, is an additional chance to obtain very powerful and rare items that can drop from any difficulty of the event. These new and powerful items are extremely rare, so make sure you show them off to your friends if you are lucky enough to obtain one!

No they aren't augs, they are stackable so if you do the 10 present deliveries you get one per character.

Also i havent been able to beat the bear king yet so i dunno the rewards, sorry
