Target's Buffs/Debuffs

Hello THF,

I am relatively new, and have been playing here about a week or so. My entire duration of play on this server I have not been able to see my target's debuffs/buffs. I have subsequently trained rank 1 of the inspect buffs leadership AA, nada.

I have deleted my eqclient.ini, run the patcher and various other things all have not helped at all. If I target a party member or myself I can see my buffs/debuffs just fine, however, when I target NPCS out in say plane of storms that all have DS buffs on, I see nothing. When I debuff enemies, I see nothing.

This install is from the ROF client post I found somewhere on the forums or on discord. The only thing(s) I copied over from live were my eqclient file(which I deleted/regenerated from the patcher already), and my other characters UI file from live for positioning.

Any ideas?

from what i recall, you need a party of 3 people min to get the lead AA active
