Polar Bear King Lockout

Anyone know the lockout on the Polar Bear King event? It has been over 24 hours since I last killed the king, and just had the portal eat 4 ornaments:(

Also, is there any way to check a lockout timer?

Hey Lanx,

The event is on a 23 hours guild based lockout, so if someone else in your guild does the event you won't be able to do it for another 23 hours.

Also, the portal should give you a clear message on the lockout time when you hand in the ornaments.

If the above doesn't apply, please let me know and I'll take a look.

p.s. Anyone else having issue with the lockout?

I had the same thing happen again tonight. What happens is that you give the portal the four ornaments, you briefly zone, and then spawn back at the portal minus four ornaments:(

I have had the zone tell me that I was locked out, so I believe this is a separate issue.

Hey Lanx,

Thanks for the follow up. I'll check the script and will implement a check for the case when players turn the ornaments in, regardless if they are locked out (for the coming Xmas event anyway ).

I had the same thing happen again just now. The portal does not inform you of a lockout and then eats the 4 ornaments that you give it.

Sorry about it, not sure why he doesn't inform you about the lockout time. I'll take a look.

I put in a fix, please let me know if you'd still have any trouble with losing ornaments. I'll try to catch you and give you some extra ornaments too.

Lanx, I couldn't catch you so I just put some Pristine Ornaments to your inventory for next year.
