HOH access but no Nadox?

It's been a while, I thought HOH access granted Nadox too? I have a toon flagged for HOH but cannot get into Nadox.....what am I missing?

Yep, what I was trying to say is I do not have access to DSK 1. Have all required boss flags. :?:
