Haven't played here in a while, but make sure you're clicking the right reclaim button. At least on live, there are two different reclaims (and if you're using a client newer than Titanium you may have the 2nd button, I can't remember). One for DoN currency, the rest for all future alt currency types. I can't recall if you have to have the currency on your mouse or in your bags though.
And for anyone looking for more crystals, if you're mildly geared the higher tiers of the shissar missions from vale give GOBS of crystals. ~10+ per kill, and they die pretty quickly
It's a *great* way for high end toons to gear alts/friends, plus most of the missions are darn fun. Imagine DSK1 designed for a group of low-middle tier raiders
