Assuming the stock recipes were kept, the new recipes Tyler added use both tailoring or smithing up to skill 255 ... a GREAT place to raise both of those skills.

A nice guide, thanks. Only one question, though, what armour in Seb is a "huge upgrade" over Chaotic?

According to Alla Clone and what we've found so far, there is almost no armour whatsoever, excluding the peripheral drops (belt, shoulders, jewellery and so on). Whilst some of these are nice, the vast majority are clones of each other and barely better than the same slot items easily obtained in Guk.

Some of the items even have lower AC and, commonly, any enhancement is offset by another stat being weaker. I've had to let rot at least a few belts that were basically no better than the Thick Banded one, obtained from the Supplier in Guk.

I've been a little disappointed with the loot in this tier to be honest. We've basically decided to camp for the few upgrade items on offer (mainly weapons and not an enormous upgrade to be frank), plus augments, then skip to 70 asap and go try our hand at the next tier of zones to get some real upgrades (I hope, anyway).

Don't get me wrong; this isn't a complaint (as this isn't the feedback forum) but I'm genuinely questioning where these upgrades to armour are, in case I'm missing them!

I apologize, I didn't mean armor I meant misc items as you described. Those misc items, though, should be better than Guk. If they aren't then they were overlooked in beta and you should make a post

This guide is also very out-dated, and tons of custom content has been added since its release. Now that I look it over actually, most of the info isn't true anymore. There's now better gear obtainable in FG, and also augs. LDoN also offers better armor.

Is there a post somewhere where I can find armor set choices (and jewelry) at level 70? I'm trying to plan ahead where to grind my AAs and farm gear for my box team.

Any of you THF veterans willing to re-write or at least update this guide? IMHO this is a very important topic and many of us "new comers" would be greatly in your debt .

I saw that the original post was made in June 2009, roughly a year ago and while much of what is written here may still be valid, I know that the hard working THF GMs have added a lot of new content since.

I would be willing; however I have not level'd another level 70 character since many of the changes were made so it's not really possible. I would not be able to give a good walk-through as I did one year ago.

If anyone wants to PM me with additional information for the walkthrough, then I would be glad to add that to this and give credit to whoever gave the information. Just make sure it's in a nice format so I can just copy and paste it wherever it would fit in this guide.
