webtools/items.php?id=2661 drops from many pre 70 zone. It increases pet power by 25.
I don't remember if you can get anything better before Ssra and Minions of Discord (which is 35). If you hit level 70, you might be able to loot some drops from Pofire if people shouts for it (chaotic minion).

Yeah, the aug from the 55-70 zones is the first one you'll run into, then kael boots with ritual summoning, ldon has 2, one of which is the same as Tier 6/VP, then raid tier ones.
