Guild hall t7 access

My guild hall is missing the statue to click to t7. I see the white stone near the aug fountain but it does nothing. I see (and can click) the statue just fine in The Hidden Vale, and have been to Dreadspire.

Hmmm tats odd since the statue was added to the geometry of the zone. What's your character name and also the guild name?
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...
