Shadowhaven lag

When I zone into Shadowhaven on my PC I will either immediately lag out, 700+ MS or higher to the point where I can't cast, gate, camp, etc. Or I will log in and play for 15 minutes or less then lag out. This happens in no other zone, and when this happens I am the only person in the zone. I played from my Laptop and I did not get this, so I did a full reinstall on my PC, but I still get the lag. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue I find I can only run 1 toon 2nd or 3rd breaks it.
