Quest question: Orcanite Crushbone

So I collected all the ore handed it in and have been slaying Orc Oracles like made but I have yet to see the Secrets of Orcanite Enchantment drop. I have killed at least a 30 of them so far and even left zone and came back and cleared them again but still no drop. I am doing something wrong.

The drop chance right now is pretty slim so we might have to increase it, we'll let you know. Thanks for reporting it.
