First off, the type 4/30 aug quest guy's quest guide (say that 10 times fast) can be found here
The rest of the aug guys are found at the 4 way split after clearing the entrance and going up the ramp.
Every aug requires 1 wind parchment, petrified air and container of mist, the 4th item depends on what aug you're looking for and is listed below under the guy for that particular aug
