We are really trying to be as helpful as possible, but we just can't reimburse every lost or "misslooted" item.
We'll replace items that you normally can't get again, e.g. non repeatable quest rewards.
In the above case, pm GM Lillu or GM Micah for assistance. Please use exact item names (preferably with item ID) from the alla clone. Name your character having the issue and detail the problem as much as possible. Please do understand and accept that there are no exceptions from this rule.
Some things to consider:
o 3rd party programs can be an issue at times.. (e.g. MQ).
o Do not use /q, use the /camp command to quit the game.
o If you would lag for some reason, do not try to aug an item or remove an augment, etc.
o If you get any kind of error message about items, immediately camp out to desktop and log back in.
o Pay attention who do you loot with if multiboxing.
o Pay attention who do you give loot to (giving quest items to pets is a common issue).
