Any eu raiding guilds ?

Looking for a eu guild, if there is any on this server. I'm pretty fresh dinged 70 monk I have 150 aa, but sill working on that. I can box a cleric if needed(he need even more work). But it would have been great with some feed back for what I should work on to get accepted in youre guild. Also it would have been great if there is any guild that haven't come that far in progression yet
