New to the server, looking to clear content in order

Hi all.

I joined the server a few weeks back and you might have seen me in game. My paladin's name is Meepins.

I am wondering if anyone out there is interested in forming a guild to take on content starting with T1-2. I have met alot of awesome people on this server so far, but everyone seems to be on content T6-7 and up!

The main idea of the guild would be to tackle the content in order without making encounters trivial by, for example,

A) Having a BER in T6-7 tank and do half the raid DPS in a T1-T3 zone

B) Excessive twinking of characters with 600hp/600mana gear off the bazaar

C) Running through a zone that has a ton of rots higher than the tier we are in as a guild.

While I would never want to restrict anyone from doing the above (or myself for that matter!) it is just a general practice to try and keep the T 2-4 content challenging and rewarding at the same time.

Also highly encouraged would be people who have maxxed out their toons and wish to go through the content again on an alt. All that would be required is the alt is not geared too far ahead of the current progression. You can join my guild and be in your main guild at the same time (assuming its ok with your guild) and just get on when you are bored on your main! I really don't mind, its all about having fun with others and clearing the old content.

If you have read this far, I mainly play from 8 pm PST to 12 pm PST Mon-Sat. More flexible on Sunday. I box pal/wiz/clr/nec so I think that is a pretty solid core right there. I think if just a small handful of people are interested in doing this, and can play at these times a few times a week, we can go far and have lots of fun doing it!

Please post if you have any suggestions, questions, or interested (or send tell to Meepins). I am not sure how long it will really take to naturally progress from T1-T4/5 with the Rk 1 spells available and the knowledge of how the encounters work. Even if it only takes a month or two should be fun.

I am interested in progressing through the ranks. I am still pretty new to the server and just leveling up my self, but progressing through the tiers sounds like a lot of fun.

I hope more are interested in this as well. I have a bard that is 60 Toban and a Zerker 55 Ghar. I am leveling up a few others as well was hoping to possibly learn to box some to get started in some of the other places. Anyways I think it a great idea and I would be interested to do the content as it was intended.

With t8 rk1 spells, each tier would likely takes 3-4 days to progress through. Before the age of ultra DPS pets available from bazaar, you needed minimum two groups (without donor) to get through each zone.

I wish you the best of luck, this sounds like great fun. If I wasn't already progressing through t6 in my own guild I'd reroll and do it again, but I'm a tad invested. There's nothing more boring than having some $1000 Shadowknight and his 6-box walk you through the tiers like they were crushbone. My fondest memory of this server was the night Lillu put Trakanon in, 3 groups of us trying to take him down but we were all too drunk (though IIRC we eventually succeeded) The greatest fun in this game is progressing and actually earning it.
