Progression style guild?

Would anyone be interested in a progression style guild? Starting at kael/ssra and moving up the tiers, including doing the original ST bottleneck quest? obv we would only accept fresh level 70s and if there is enough interest we can talk about allowing or not allowing the t8 spells from hoh.

Did you ever get this going? I was fixing to start looking to create one myself, with somewhat similar rules (NO donor equipment, relatively fresh 70's, t8 spells permitted (hard to police), flag tokens permitted, reasonable bazaar gear permitted, hard scheduled raid times, tier advancement locked for set time to allow players to gear, possible box limit, etc.) Just tired of walking through content with players who are either T8 geared or trivializing everything.
