I've got a well geared wizard Loki I can load up and get a parse of non-donor dmg. he has legs but i can take them out of the rotation for the parse. Remember that buffs are everything, for donor or non donor equipped characters.

you are not. Reason is the donor weapon and augs adds 300+ backstab damage. None donor augs atm only have like 2 or 10 backstab damage. when you add the rog bp in with the donor weapon and augs the dps blows thought the roof.

I cant see how anyone keeps aggro away from rogues with that kind of dps. My rogue is mid tier 7 geared with the donor dagger and my warrior is constantly taunting junk off him.

That's the play on such high DPS... Rogues can burst DPS like crazy but without strategic timing or strategic aggro control on tanks, it will quickly lead to "Loading, Please Wait..."
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...

I just did a 3 min parse on the T6 dummy, enc/dru 2.0 debuff used and the usual RK1 debuffs from ench/mag.

Mage Rk2 pet: 27894 dps (with donor wep buff)
Bst warder: 14040 dps (with disc)
Rogue: 10238 dps (stabbing frenzy disc)
Necro Rk1 pet: 8485 dps
Necro: 5797 dps
Mage: 5555 dps
Wizard: 5314 dps
Warrior: 4201 dps
Zerker: 3524 dps (tempest flurry rk2 disc running)
Bard1: 2206 dps
Bard2: 1601 dps
Druid: 1192 dps
Ranger: 1115 dps

All chars have the rk 1 shaman, cler , enc buffs (including gladiator and mooncurse), they are also almost fully geared in HoH evolve. Not all slots are auged though (weapons are), but armor aug slots mainly add ac/hp if I am not mistaken so those shouldnt add too much to the calculation?

Anyway.. The damage output of this raid is pretty sad, I cant even beat the enrage timer on Oligarth in Nadox with discs running (he will dispell me 9/10 tries), Fevarn almost heals up during his last phase and I need 3 defensive discs to beat him because the first 2 run out (I am not discing until first debuff). Am I missing some key ingredient debuff/buff wise? Or are raids tuned for very large numbers of characters if not donator geared, any guideline on how many they are tuned for?

Can provide magelos if anyone is interested on the chars used!

Edit: The difference between a rogue with donator gear and others is disgustingly big.. 4 times the damage? Or am I reading it wrong?

From personal observation (and seems to be supported in this thread)
It's much more than 4x the damage.
It's like rogue bp + weap + aug turns a 15k dps to 400k dps.. (if not more). That's like 26x DPS

There's other huge factors, like donor buffs, which can scale it even more.

Aye, I was pointing out the damage difference between a donor rogue and donor mage/nec (that was used in the other parses). That difference seems to be too big and I dont know what to say about the 26x difference lol, it is just absurd!

Are there any plans on increasing damage on abilities/focus effects on classes to make "normal" toons deal more damage? To me it seems that I have a bit of min/maxing with an aug or two here and there, but besides that I dont know what else to do to increase my damage. It needs to increase alot ><

Since everyone plays differently, anything but auto-attack is subject to some parse scrutiny. DPS Rotations are a fun topic, trying to figure out what works better than others. I highly recommend posters/readers of this thread check out this quasi-related thread:
