What is Milein + pets? 1623 is you nuking and Kebekn is epic pet?

Correct . The +pets part is where it factored Host of the Elements and Servant of Ro pets into my individual dps. (Since they're all called Milein's Pet when summoned)

Ok, then please do the following

just nuke and regular epic pet. THen a parse with just all possible swarm pets for 5 mins. We add that up manually and i can see what needs tweakin most.

Ok did 3 parses.

First one (Red) is just me nuking and my pet. 270 seconds instead of usual 320 so 40 seconds off the dps might be slightly unreliable but it's close enough I didn't use any AAs or clickies just Sune buffs and Burnout then nuked until oom.

Second (Blue) is exactly like the original except i separated AA swarm pets and myself this time for ya

Third (Green) was honestly just for fun. I did melee only and chain casted Raging Servant and popped down all AAs/clickies until oom from Raging Servant. Separated swarm pets again on here as well.

Couple quick side notes: I obtained an 80% fire focus in Air yesterday contrast to my original 70% so these parses are slightly higher, also there is 2 different pets in the swarm pet category (3 for the last parse) but they're all called Milein's Pet so there is no way to separate them so instead of dividing them by AA just consider them my swarm pet dps i guess lol

Edit: i actually just double checked and even though i nuke for 5200 with 10400 crits now instead of the 4200 with 9400 crits i had yesterday with the old nuke focus i actually did LESS dmg today by a small amount....wth? lol

Maybe more fizzle, less mana so finally less dps than previous one with Chaotic focii. But True focii works well (higher nukes).

Had to that a bard singing +% DD and Devotion spell (reduce Ether casting from 5.4 to 4.2) and you have a raiding Wizard with 3K Dps (which can be oom in 3 min - 2 min 30 when devotion but with a decent mana recovery clicky effect, it is good for another 2min30/5min).
No other buff helps, we do not have Caster panther - No 2.0 clicky as it overwrites Ro's familiar effect.

I will test and edit later with Bard's song (need to go to work now )

I cannot edit so i will correct here:

You should read "ADD to that" and not "Had to that" in the last chapter regarding Raid wizard and bard stuff.

So as I already said in various posts about wizards, new weapon/stuff won't help getting better DPS in the future except if you create:

New spell : upgrate of Ether
New Focii: upgrade of Jaled flame optimizer for the related new spell
New clicky item (to press between 2 spell casts): Upgrade from writ of dragonkind.
2.0 clicky Brillance: issue as it overwrites Ro's Familiar and will never be used/clicked by me.

Another DPS upgrade would be fix AA : Frenzied Devastation (GoD) & Prolonged Destruction (OoW).

Another thing is regarding procs: Is there any way to get a proc (we could compare to melee proc + panther maw) when casters cast?

PS: Most of the augs/stuff I miss would just get me more stats (HP/Mana) which would make me get a higher mana pool (which is important) and avoid impacting my dps loosing 15 sec (of inactivity) recovering mana with Elem boots click.

That's what the Effect Mana Flare does. I believe there is an Item in Sebilis that does this. Someone who has this please verify.

The biggest issue with balancing casters is the obvious lack of feedback. 14 days and no one was able to check if that works or not. Don't make me log in myself!

Apologies for the off topic post ... but what item would that be, Tyler? I looked through the entire set of drops from Sebilis and the only one I saw that might be what you are referring to is Shoulders of the Grand Order with Protection of Vie (1 : Effect type : by 10). Only problem is that live says it should "Mitigate Melee Damage by 10%, 1200 total"

Hard to test when we don't know what item we're looking for. I'll test it for you, but I can't find the item you are referring to.

was curious, this is one mob in tov with charmed pet. sune buffs only and pet weapons. / chanter buffs. if you wanna see sad i could go nuke vlan for an hour, probably average about 400dps

Lev 70 Enchanters can also cast the buff themselves - Mana Flare. It works fine, adds auto nuke like panther for 550 DD each nuke you do.
