perhaps instead of a longer duration, just a shorter reuse? (example could be SK 1.5 - 2.0 clicky) same effect except 1.5 lasts 1 min and has a 10 min reuse, 2.0 has 36 second duration but only 2 min reuse.

Well it seems that it's been a while since anyone has posted anything here, so I'll try to get something rolling again. The current state of the druid here makes my mind frown =(. I know that we are supposed to be a class that isn't good at anything in particular, but we don't even seem to be able to do that right. Admittedly, the level 70 heal is adequate to fill in the void of a mediocre healer, or even fill in the ramp healer position, but everything else is just horrendous. Our dots do are laughable dps, and our nukes just aren't even worth trying to utilize, once you put into account that after some of the damage has been minimzed (or often times completely nullified to death), the actual figure of damage is so low, I laugh everytime I see criticals of 100-200 damage.

My main role in every group I come across is to cast Nettle Shield, maybe a resist buff or two (since shamans seem to be rare as well) and ramp/backup heal. I have dots memmed, but more for nostalgic sake, or just plain boredom. I implore you to please take a look at our class for goodness sake. I know you have alot going on at the moment, but 5 minutes here and there is better than leaving us to waste away for months and months while our spells and abilities just keep getting more obsolete.

Just a question - do you have the Ancient/Ldon/PoFire spells?

I knew about the Ldon, but didnt' know there were any after level the level 70 drops from Kael and random other zones...I'll have to be more diligent in searching for more spells I suppose. Didn't mean to make anyone mad, was just discussing which I thought was allowed and even welcomed...sorry to offend =( =( =(

How are the dots? I haven't played a druid here yet, but on Scars of Amerous they were pretty terrible. It's always fun to blow stuff up but iirc the 70 dot flat out blows.

Check out our Clone for spells here.

Select Druid in the drop down for classes and CLICK search (hitting enter doesn't work).Druids on THF have a complete pet line (unique looking too), new dots/heals/buffs etc.

You can't compare THF to SOA at all. Im not sure if that server is even being maintained still. I checked their website a couple of days ago and all they have as news updates for the last 6 months is Advertisement for inGame Items. They still run the last EQEmu rev (0.7.0 while all other green and legend servers run 0.8.0) and they forum is basically a spam fest.
