Feral swipe used to crit, albeit unreliably high on live, only because it was treated as a physical attack. Here it's considered a spell in conjunction with the resist debuff it applies. I'm unsure whether thats eqemu or just THF. Either way it's a flat 350 every 45 seconds with a resist debuff -- a prime place to give beastlords some help.
Swarm pets are relatively boring in my opinion, however... if you're going to use them so frequently, please tag them as pets and not NPCs so we don't have to target-cycle through them all the time.
Also, regarding the 70 Ldon purchased nuke -- shouldn't it be .5 cast instead of 1.0 like the rest of the DD line?
As far as great ideas for improving the class, this post pretty much hit the nail on the head.

A greater mod to the +dmg component, maybe a min dmg mod, and possibly a proc added depending on how far behind you feel the BL class is.
You could also tweak the Spirit of Irionu spell line for an additional boost in dps. Also, have you looked at
Spirit of Lairn from live? It had a chance to autocast a 2 hit melee block on the pet when the pet proc went off. I'm not sure if all those features are implemented on the EMU, but something along those lines could be a help for the pet survivability issues some people are seeing. I don't have any issues at the ToV level even without the new LDoN heal.
EDIT: Also, at the moment it seems as though the damage modifier from Growl of the Panther is not stacking with Champion and Talisman of Might. Assuming Champion and Might stack in their current form, we get a mere 5% over whats available to every other class. Seems rather mediocre to me and is another place that could use some improvement. Again, I'm not sure of the stacking situation, or if it's even possible to be programmed to stack, but I think Growl of the panther should be a little bit more significant as far as damage mods go.
