Stuck toon problem... Mover doesnt work.

Lillu help!

Teadriana, my 70 Warrior cant log in.. Can you please investigate? I get to the character select screen but when I try to enter the world it crashes to desktop. I tried the mover but with no effect.

Can you see if theres a problem sever side? I am able to log in my other characters.

Char mover is case sensitive, try again please!

Also, which zone is he logged in?

She's in the forrest grove... or should be. The character mover told me it moved Teadriana to the Forrest Grove but when I try to log in it still wont allow... just crashes. Both my other toons are logged in currently so I know its not a client issue... but just to rule that out, I did reinstall EQ.

Im not sure how Teadriana got to the grove last. What I mean by that is, im not sure if I used the clicky charm or if she died and respawned since its the bind point. Either way I remember it crashing out when that happened and I didnt try to log back in. This was yesterday.

well, all seems fine in the db. I moved you to Nro anyways, try now plz.

Crash... still cant log her in. Are there any character files I can try deleting on my end that could be causing a problem?

no, you shouldn't need to delete anything. can you try logging him on from another pc? maybe ask a friend to try it from another pc?

Sure.. I have a laptop here I can install on and try. If that works it still doesnt explain why I can log on my other toons. I'll let you know what I find out.

i used to get UI i bugged a lot. when i played on live you can try moveing any files with the toons name out of your eq folder with will reset your ui and macros . it sucks loseing marcos if you use them. but i had the problem a lot live and removeing the files with the effected toons name help me
