Cannot attack at certain times

Sometimes when I go to engage a mob, I find that I am unable to attack it.

Fortunately I have a Pally bot that will keep the mob busy while I sit/stand/turn attack on and off/cycle through mobs/assist Pally bot and all the other things I have tried, but there is no sign of me entering combat.

I can kick a mob fine (and other extras) but just not melee at certain times. Sometimes it will kick in when the mobs at 15-30% hp left and Im hitting as normal. When Im close to the mob I get nothing (no 'Cant see' type warnings) but if I move away, then I get the 'out or range' warning.

Really stumped, but had this alot lately (7 times in last hour)

Any ideas?

Basicly its when you are hit with flurry,ramp,ae,or spell anything ranged first before any normal hits land,
your current target or new target whichever it maybe be at this time is now a separate npc from the one your trying to hit even if its just one npc that you pull

Then there is the semi underworld npc that when pulled is in full view but fell underworld this happens alot in PoAir .

This is a known bug, you have to camp to fix it.

On casters / healers a similar thing happens where your spell gems grey and you can't cast.

Two similar ones are:

1) Sometimes when you get hit after your client says you are dead you zone right back to your corpse.

2) When fighting mobs that summon, if they are below 95% health and have a damage over time on them. Sometimes you get summoned from the forest after death to die again.

When your spell gems gray out and you cant cast, usually from using a clicky too fast and global cool down on spells overlapping or something like that, you can click an AA ability and it will fix it without having to camp. Go go inate invis to undead on a cleric =P. At least this works for me.

Had this issue happen a few times the other night in warrens but hasn't happen outside the alt progression thing.
