We really don't ask much from our players just to play nice and fair. THF supposed to be a calm and relaxing place where everyone can get a break from RL. This is why we try to keep ooc clean. Sadly, some recently joined players either didn't read the server rules or just ignoring it.

o Don't spam OOC/Shout channels. No drama, no swearing, no racist jokes, no RL crap! OOC is serverwide and we all enjoy a good chat, however don't spam or annoy people in OOC.

Shade also quoted the main point, this is not a a kill or be killed, ks or be ks'd (kill stealing) type server either.

Server should go PVP in the non instanced zones that would be fun and solve this problem as the player who killed FR could have killed the guys who went to steal the flags without asking. He could also keep them out of pofire for a week or so as "punishment" haha. Fun stuff!

lol would work if this server wasnt clearly designed with 0 pvp in mind - so broken and so unbalanced it would never work 8(

All you had to do was simply send me a tell and ask before getting the flags. I closed the boxes on the other toons as soon as Fennin died to make sure I got the person in that needed the loot, thats why they were LD.

The people in your guild were on Fennin and looting almost as soon as it opened up. You were told by me in say to get off the corpse because it was not yours to loot. Then you all had gated before I even CoHed the other toon to loot the corpse and I find there is nothing left on it besides the Chain leg pattern. Not sending me a tell and simply asking if it was OK to get flags OR loot just leads me to believe you would have done the exact same thing even if the server was not going to down and the stuff was going to rot.

I'm not asking for any apologies here, what's done is done. I'm just hoping anyone that reads this will take some extra time and ASK politely BEFORE taking flags or loot from something that they did not kill. I try and never let anything rot, I always offer in OOC and CoH people in to loot.

Well, from what Sticky said and what was then confirmed by Treats, it does not look like this was a matter of greed. Seems more like a misunderstanding and bad timing.

We already said it pretty clearly - if Guild A kills Boss X, Guild B has no business to even come near the area, unless Guild A invited Guild B to tag along for flags or loot.

So this has nothing todo with a misunderstanding but everything to do with guild B being somewhere they had no business of being in the first place.

Considering you didn't kill Fennin before or didnt even set a foot into ST according to the Guild Progression leader board, that's pretty much tells everything there is to be told.

Since it's Christmas, we will let it go here, but think twice the next time please.
