Worked super long hours yesterday. Today might be a repeat. All I can think of is getting home to watch another THF video though.

Well, apparently my latest video is muted again as YouTube is still disputing the legality of the background scores I selected. I used in-video citation for my previous videos, so I think I will recompile and upload again tonight to see if they like that better ...

Just uploaded the new video with the in-video citations, and again the audio was removed . What's ironic about this is that every single MP3 I used can be found on at least one other (and most cases, multiple) YouTube video, and most of these don't properly credit the original creator.

I'm very fed up with YouTube right now, and will likely redo the audio for the entire video and replace it with something they can't flag (at least not for audio violations anyway...).

Ofcourse, "@#$Q@^ you Youtube you sons a @#$@#$ and you can @#$@#$#@$ with your @#$@#$@#$ and @#$@#$#@ your mothers up the @#$@$#$@ and @#$@#$@#$...@#$@$@#!!!! repeated over and over as the entire audio would be a great outlet for my frustration, it would not be as entertaining as the original scores I selected, nor would it be a good representation of THF ...

Anyway, I'm going to leave the video up for a few days and try to fix it this weekend with my own music.

It's a shame, but rest assured, I'll use my own original compositions going forward so this won't be an issue in the future.

Hehehe...well, I'd love to hear some samples! In the meantime, I think I know which one of the pieces in the movie is causing problems, so I'll try replacing it and seeing if that does that trick...

Re-posted the Best of the Best Competition video (updated the link on the original post as well), replaced the WMG music with something slightly different in an effort to avoid having it yanked again. Hopefully it stays up this time.

Also working on a new short video: Guide to Bots. I was inspired by a conversation I had with a new player named "Shinedown". He wasn't familiar at all with bots, and there were no video tutorials I could refer him to, so I decided to make my own!

All of the principal footage is done, just need to add titles, edit the clips, compile and upload! I didn't have time to compose a new piece for it, so I decided to use a piece from the Original Everquest soundtrack some of you explorer types might enjoy ...

I hope to finish it this evening.
