A little question regarding to connection (lowering pings)

Recently I am having connection problem which I didn't have in the past.

Connecting from South Korea usually resulted in 300~350 ping but now I am getting 500~700, disconnecting me when I run 3 melees in group.

Is there anyway I could change my settings on my computer or network client side to lower the ping and get back to 300 ping? or is it something that only my ISP can do anything about?

Change your ISP. Seems they are running on some backup path which added another 200 ms.
